There are few reasons why a coupon code cannot be applied to an order:

• The code is no longer valid. Most of our codes have an expiration date. So if your code is not working, it’s possible that it’s already past the expiry date.
• The code has already been used. Most of our coupon codes are single-use. If you have already used a coupon code in the past, you will likely not be able to use it again for a second purchase.
• • Your code didn’t meet the minimum order requirement. Some of our codes have a minimum order requirement.
• The item you're purchasing is already discounted. Most of our codes only apply to regular-priced items.
• The item you're purchasing is a limited edition item.

Our fulfillment team tries to process orders as quickly as possible. In most cases, we can no longer make changes or cancel an order after it has been placed. Once you’ve placed your order, you will receive an order confirmation email containing your order number. The easiest and fastest way to locate your package is to use the tracking link or number sent to you after your purchase. 

If you wish to get more information regarding the delivery status of your order, we recommend reaching out to the shipping carrier directly. They have access to the delivery status of your order so they could assist you better. Please use the tracking number associated with your order when inquiring about your package.

It rarely happens, but if the courier couldn’t assist you, please don’t hesitate to get in touch with our Customer Success team via our contact page so they could help you with your concern.

While we’re not responsible for lost/stolen packages once the courier marks them as delivered, we’d be happy to help you locate your missing order. Please follow the steps below:

• Check with your family or neighbors as it’s possible that one of them received the package on your behalf.
• Check exterior doors or other places where the courier may have left your package (e.g. behind a plant). There's a possibility that the courier left the package out of plain sight to ensure its safety (especially since these parcels do not require a signature).
• If the package isn’t with your family or neighbors, please contact the courier and inquire about your package using the tracking number you received from our shipping confirmation email. It’s possible that the package is still with them and they just mistakenly scanned it as “Delivered”.
• If you still can’t locate the package after this, please let our Customer Success team know that your order is missing and share your order number with them. You may reach our Customer Success team via our contact page.

Below are the common reasons why packages get sent back to us:

• The address on file is incorrect. To ensure the smooth delivery of your package, please double check your shipping address before placing your order.
• The recipient isn’t available to accept the delivery.
• The recipient or a family member refused to accept the delivery.
• There are charges you need to settle with customs. If the courier wasn’t able to successfully deliver the package, they’ll hold on to it in a nearby distribution center. If the retaining period is exceeded and the package remains unclaimed, it gets returned to the sender.
  

If your package has been returned to us, we’d be happy to reship. Simply send your updated shipping address and order number to our Customer Success team via our contact page. We can also provide a refund (less shipping and handling charges).

This rarely happens but in the event that it does, please let our Customer Success team know via our contact page. We'll do our best to sort things out for you by sending the correct items and arranging any necessary returns. Thank you for your patience and understanding!

While we can give you an estimate on when you are likely to receive your order, we can’t guarantee the delivery date/time. In most cases, packages would arrive within the shipping time frame. However, there are times that our partner couriers may face circumstances outside their control which could cause delivery delays.

In cases like this, we recommend reaching out to the courier directly as they can provide you with more information regarding the cause of the delay and new delivery time. Please use your tracking number to inquire about your package. You may also reach out to our Customer Success team via our contact page and they’ll do their best to assist you.

If the order was placed within 7 days of the price change, we’d be happy to issue store credits for any price difference.

If your Manta doesn’t work for you for any reason, you’re 100% covered — simply reach out to our customer success team at support@mantasleep.com and let them know why the product didn’t work for you. They will provide you with a prepaid return label via email and once we’ve received the item back in good condition and its original packaging, we’ll provide you with a full refund for the item you purchased. Please be advised that once a return label has been issued, you will have 7 days to ship the product back to our warehouse.

If you’ve paid for shipping, please be advised that we won’t be able to refund the shipping fee as the payment goes directly to our shipping partners. In the unlikely event that you aren’t blown away by the quality of your Manta or you happen to encounter a manufacturing defect, let us know within 6 months from the date of purchase and we’ll exchange your Manta for a new one, free of charge.

Just reach out to our customer success team at support@mantasleep.com and let them know what you’re experiencing so we can make it right. Please note that we can only offer replacements of the same product that you originally purchased. For faster processing of your replacement request, we recommend sending us a video which clearly shows the issue/defect. Once our Quality Assurance team confirms the defect/issue, a return label will be issued to you so you can return the product for further inspection.

As a Manta Sleep customer, you have the option of requesting for a product exchange in lieu of a refund if your order was placed 60 days (or less) ago. Product exchange is possible as long as the price of the item you wish to exchange for is the same as (or lower than) your original purchase. Our Customer Success team will issue a return label for the original item that you purchased. Once the return label has been created, you will have 7 days to return the item back to our warehouse. 

Please also note that you could only exchange for another product once and if you request for a product exchange, your order would no longer be eligible for a refund. Also, items purchased during limited-time sales events (i.e. Black Friday, Holiday Sales) aren’t eligible for a product exchange.

Just put the mask in the included carrying pouch, which doubles as a laundry mesh net, and put it in the washer. Once you’re done washing, air dry the mask by laying it flat.

For Manta masks which are not machine washable (Manta WEIGHTED head strap, Manta COOL eye cups and Manta STEAM eye cups), please hand wash only.

For Manta AROMA mask, please remove the AROMA sachet before putting the mask in the washer.

It depends on how long your eyelash extensions are. The depth in the center of the eye cups is about ¾ inches so it shouldn't cause any discomfort for most people.

Absolutely not. One of the most annoying things about generic and cheap sleep masks with hook and loop closures is that the hooks will often catch and pull on your hair. It’s painful. It’s annoying. And it definitely doesn’t help you sleep better. This is why we used micro hook closures on the strap. It’s GUARANTEED to not stick to or pull hair. We even tested this on our dog (just kidding...not really.)

It’s hard to say for sure because there are so many different models of CPAP masks on the market. However, since the eye cups are adjustable, you’ll have greater flexibility in adapting it to fit with your CPAP mask. We've had a number of customers who mainly buy our masks because of chronic dry eyes and we're pleased to say that they've observed that our masks do indeed keep their eyes from drying out. One reason for this is because the eye cups are contoured, the mask doesn't rub on the eyes at all and at the same time protects the eyes from outside elements such as cold air from air conditioning (which is one cause of dry eyes).

The Manta Sleep Mask Pro extends up to 26 inches when fully laid out. The eye cups are 3.55 inches across. The center of the eye cups has a depth of about 3/4 inches. The largest circumference it can accommodate is 24 inches while the smallest circumference it can accommodate is 17 inches.

Yes! We didn’t use any animal-derived materials in the mask. No animal testing was done as well.  :)

For back sleepers: the head strap is made with super soft cotton velour, so you’ll forget it’s even there.

For side sleepers and belly sleepers: The product was designed with you in mind. Because most people don’t sleep flat on their back, Manta’s eye cups are tapered on the side for extra comfort. The foam is also soft and molds to your face.

If you’ve only used the cheap and flat airline sleep masks, it may take a day or two to adjust to Manta’s design. However, we have hundreds of thousands of happy customers and most find the product to be comfortable regardless of sleeping position.

Good question! Both masks use the same eye cups which are tapered on the sides to ensure your comfort regardless of your sleep position. The only difference is in the head straps. The Slim Mask uses an above-the-ear strap that’s mostly made from durable, anti-stretch elastics so it’s perfect if you want a sleek, barely-there feel.

On the other hand, the Original Manta SLEEP Mask uses a strap that’s mostly made from cotton polyester. It has triple-reinforced elastics on both sides, but since the strap isn't pure elastics, it can be worn above and over the ears.

It’s hard to say for sure because there are so many different models of CPAP masks on the market. However, since the eye cups are adjustable, you’ll have greater flexibility in adapting it to fit with your CPAP mask. Please take a look at the product photos and compare them to your CPAP mask model. We have many customers who use the Original Manta SLEEP Mask with their CPAP masks with no issues.

Since the eye cups are covered in modal fabric, its natural properties allow breathability so sweat and moisture are quickly released and not trapped next to your skin. Modal is 50% more absorbent than cotton and it’s also got a naturally cool feel to it.

So unless you are sleeping in the hottest summer days without air conditioning, the Original Manta SLEEP Mask shouldn’t get too hot.

While we aren’t sure how exciting your sleeping habits are, it’s unlikely that the Manta Sleep Mask will fall off during the night, if adjusted properly. The two elastic stretch bands are built in to give you extra comfort and room to move, while keeping the sleep mask flush against your face.

We’ve got lots of customers who specifically purchased this for their kids. :) The smallest circumference it could accommodate is 20 inches.

We certainly hope so! The total length of the product (with the head strap) is 28.35 inches. The largest circumference it could accommodate is 25 inches. This is large enough to fit 99.5% of the population (based on USA statistics).

The Original Manta SLEEP Mask’s hollow eye cups do not put any pressure on your eyes. You’ll be able to open your eyes whenever you want. If you have very long eyelashes, they may touch the inner wall of the eye cups. However, there shouldn’t be any discomfort.

You can wear your Original Manta SLEEP Mask either with the head strap over (covering) your ears, or above (sitting on top) of your ears. Regardless, there shouldn’t be any discomfort. The head straps are made with cotton velour and are super soft. This question is commonly asked, but we rarely hear any of our hundreds of thousands of customers having problems with it.

One of the most irritating things about generic / cheap sleep masks is that they seem to fall apart after a few weeks. Either the elastics break. Or the threads start coming apart. Or the product gets deformed. Not only did we choose the highest quality materials for the Original Manta SLEEP Mask, but we also spent the extra effort to DOUBLE & ZIGZAG stitch all of the major components. The Original Manta SLEEP Mask is built to last (for years).

All elastics will lose some stretch over time, even the best of quality. With that said:

One, the Original Manta SLEEP Mask uses an extra wide and triple enforced elastics band that is going to last significantly longer than anything you’ve probably ever used in a sleep mask. These are industrial grade elastics.

Two, the product only has 2 small cross-sections made with elastics, rather than the entire strap. This way, even if the elastics get slightly loose over time, you still can adjust the size using the velcro strap closure.

The foam we’re using is latex free. :)

Yes! We don’t use any animal-derived materials in the mask.

Absolutely not. One of the most common problems with generic and cheap sleep masks is that they directly press against your eyes. This is unhealthy and can often create blurred vision in the morning for 40+ minutes. The Original Manta SLEEP Mask’s hollow eye cups solve this problem because there is no direct pressure on your eyes.

For allergy sufferers and people with sinus issues, pressure is a major concern. The Original Manta SLEEP Mask’s eye cups are adjustable, which means you can easily move them further apart from your sinus in order to alleviate any pressure. Most people should be able to find a balance between covering your eyes for 100% blackout, while avoiding pressure on your sinus.

Absolutely not. The foam in the eye cups is soft like a baby’s bottom.

Please ONLY use a microwave in heating the Manta STEAM Eye Cups. While microwaves could make the STEAM Eye Cups warm and steamy, other ovens would dry them out and remove all the moisture inside.

The Manta STEAM Mask works great for contact lens users as this helps relieve dryness and irritation caused by contact lenses. However, please DON’T use the product with your contact lenses (even permanent ones) on.

Both work great for headaches/migraines. We have tons of customers who purchased the Manta STEAM Mask and Manta COOL Mask together and use both hot and cold therapy by alternating the two products at the onset of or during a headache/migraine attack.

Cold therapy works by reducing inflammation/swelling and dulling the sensation of pain. On the other hand, heat therapy works by relaxing tense muscles and stimulating blood and oxygen flow.

While we have lots of customers who love using the Manta STEAM Mask overnight, the Manta STEAM Eye Cups were designed more to be used for short periods of time (i.e. naps or when you need relief from dry eyes). They stay steamy for just 10+ minutes to protect the sensitive skin around your eye area from damage. The insides of the eye cups were also filled with beads.

For overnight sleeping, we recommend using the masks below:

The above masks’ eye cups were made with polyurethane foam so they’re more comfortable to use for long sleep duration.

Absolutely! All Manta Sleep Head Straps work with all Manta Sleep Eye Cups. However, since the Manta STEAM Eye Cups are a bit weighted compared to our original eye cups, we recommend using non-weighted head straps with them if you’re not used to having too much weight on your face.

Absolutely! You can wash your Manta STEAM Mask as often as you want. If exposed to oils, creams, food, or makeup, please clean the eye cups regularly. Wait at least 2 hours after use before washing the product. Hand wash the eye cups with cold water and mild soap then air dry flat for 24 hours.

While the Manta STEAM Eye Cups could only be hand washed, the head strap in the mask could be machine washed cold (as long as you put it inside a small laundry bag). Please air dry flat the mask once you’re done washing it.

Absolutely! Warm therapy helps moisturize the eyes and keep natural oils in your eyelids from clogging.

You can microwave the whole mask so you won’t have to readjust the eye cups all the time. :)

Good question! For the Manta STEAM Mask, we didn’t use beads that could both be microwaved and cooled because we wanted to focus on materials that are specifically tailored for the purpose we’ve set for them. This would ensure that the product would work great since it specializes in just one function. For a mask that could be cooled, please check out the Manta COOL Mask.

The full mask weighs around 0.44 lbs and the Manta STEAM Eye Cups weigh around 0.38 lbs.

If you microwave the mask for 30 seconds, its temperature would reach about 50°C. The result would slightly vary depending on the power of the microwave you’re using. Always test the temperature of the eye cups with the back of your wrist. If the eye cups are too hot for you, wait for 1 to 2 minutes before using.

We recommend microwaving it on medium-high heat for 30 seconds. However, microwave wattages may vary so you can microwave your Manta STEAM Mask for 5 more seconds to increase the warmth. But don’t microwave for more than 40 seconds as this could cause injury to the user or damage the mask. 

If your microwave doesn’t have a rotating tray, start with 15 seconds. Remove the eye cups, flip them over, then continue microwaving for 15 seconds. If you live in a dry climate, sprinkle a few drops of water on the eye cups before heating them.

For reuse within 30 minutes of original use, microwave for half the time. It is recommended to wait for an hour between uses for maximum effect.

The eye cups of the mask are filled with self-hydrating zeolite beads that release 100% natural steam when microwaved. They’re often used for water purification and absorbent. While there are synthetic zeolites, zeolites could also be found in nature and the ones we’re using in the Manta WARM Eye Cups are natural zeolites. For the eye cups’ fabric, we used a combination of TACTEL, polyester, nylon and spandex. The result is a fabric that’s quick drying, soft, lightweight, breathable, and easy to care for.

As for the head strap, its inner side (touching your face) is made with 100% cotton velour, which is lush, soft, and breathable. The outer side of the head strap is made with polyester for easy maintenance.

We have lots of customers who love using their Manta COOL Mask overnight. However, for most customers, we recommend using the masks below for overnight sleeping:

The eye cups we’re using in the above masks are made from polyurethane foam and are tapered on the sides to ensure your comfort regardless of what type of sleeper you are. The insides of the Manta COOL Mask are filled with beads which may be uncomfortable for some if used for long periods of time. Also, while the Manta COOL Mask can be used overnight, it was designed more for short usage (i.e. naps or when you need cold therapy for your headaches / puffy eyes). It only stays cool for the doctor-recommended duration of 10 minutes to protect the sensitive skin around your eye area from damage.

We intentionally designed the product to only stay cool for the doctor-recommended duration of 10 minutes. This is to protect the sensitive skin around your eye area from getting damaged.

We recommend placing the Manta COOL Eye Cups inside the freezer for at least an hour before using them. However, you could also place them inside your freezer for as long as you like and just take them out when you need them. Don’t forget to use the resealable bag that came with your eye cups to ensure that they’re protected from the smell inside your freezer!

The full mask weighs around 0.73 lbs and the Cool Eye Cups weigh around 0.67 lbs.

While the Manta COOL Eye Cups can be refrigerated, unfortunately, they can’t be heated. We intentionally used specialized beads that are specifically tailored for the purpose we’ve set for them to give you a much better cooling therapy experience. During the research process, we found out that beads that could both be heated and cooled only provide substandard results unlike beads that specialize in just one area. At Manta Sleep, we want you to have the best experience possible so we went for the beads that specialize in just one function.

Both work great for headaches/migraines. We have tons of customers who purchased the two masks together and use both hot and cold therapy by alternating the two products at the onset of or during a headache / migraine attack.

Cold therapy works by reducing inflammation / swelling and dulling the sensation of pain. On the other hand, heat therapy works by relaxing tense muscles and stimulating blood and oxygen flow.

The head strap of your Manta COOL Mask could both be hand and machine washed cold. When machine washing the head strap, please use a mesh/laundry bag to protect it from damage.

The Manta COOL Eye Cups contain special ceramic beads which may get damaged in the washing machine so we only recommend gentle hand washing for these. Please air dry flat the full mask once you’re done washing it.

You sure can! All Manta Sleep Eye Cups work well with all Manta Sleep Head Straps. Just a heads up though, the Manta COOL Eye Cups are a bit weighted so we recommend using non-weighted straps with them.
