Life-changing for Spravato treatments!
I started esketamine (Spravato) treatments a couple of months ago and quickly realized how brutal the overhead clinic lights are when you’re supposed to be lying still with your eyes closed for an hour. Even standard eye masks let light leak in from the sides and nose area, which was seriously distracting and made the sessions feel longer than they needed to be.
The Manta weighted sleep mask has been an absolute game-changer. The individual eye cups are deep enough that there’s zero pressure on my eyelids or lashes, but the gentle weight (and the fact that it completely molds to my face) blocks 100% of the light – no gaps, no nose leak, nothing. It’s like being in a pitch-black cave even when the room is fully lit. The weight itself is surprisingly calming; it almost feels like a little hug on my face that helps me relax faster and sink into the treatment instead of fighting bright light the whole time.
It’s also super comfortable for side-sleepers and stays put without any tight straps digging in. Easy to wipe clean too, which is nice in a clinical setting.
If you’re doing Spravato, ketamine infusions, or any treatment where you have to keep your eyes closed under bright lights, do yourself a favor and get this mask. It went from something I “kind of needed” to something I now refuse to do a session without. Worth every penny.

Use it every night
Great mask, I love it. It helps me block out light and comes with complimentary ear plugs. There’s isn’t a night I wouldn’t sleep without it. Great use of money if you’re struggling to fall asleep

Good Weight and Pressure Distribution
I got this to use with migraine relief, and it has worked wonderfully. It distributes the weight evenly across my head, and it gives enough pressure to help with symptoms without worsening them. I've had no issues or complaints with the eye cups that came with the mask, but I've found the added weighted from the ice cups (in addition to the coolness) further helps with symptom relief. I've only used it short term, for less than an hour at a time, cannot comment on comfort and such when used for a full night.

Overall good quality
I bought the weighted sleep mask to help me fall asleep at night. I have PTSD from an ex abusive marriage and a rape from years ago. I also have ADHD so my brain starts firing off when I lay down and I can’t fall asleep. The mask helps. It’s very comfortable and adjusts for size. The only problem I’ve had is that one of the straps of Velcro has lost holding power and does not stay tight.
